An American staple, turkey is now popular in Asia and is widely used in Chinese restaurants. Turkey is very versatile and nutritious. It is high in protein, contains less fat, and is low in cholesterol. In the fourth episode of this series, Chef Eric Teo brings his own creation to the table with his demonstration of  U.S. Turkey Breast and Shrimp Chop. It is essentially a surf ‘n’ turf, combining the tastes of shrimp and turkey, and served with a spicy sauce made with garlic, onions, tomatoes and bell peppers. An easy dish to make at home!
