EggSlut opens first Singapore outlet
Eggslut of the famed LA-based chain opened its doors at Scotts Square on September 9. Singaporeans have been waiting patiently for the fluffy brunch-friendly scrambled egg sandwiches. There is a cage-free egg in almost everything on Eggslut’s menu. The space currently seats 50 diners with safe distancing (100 without), and an open counter with bar stools that give customers a clear view to staff making scrambled eggs. The first 100 customers who made it on opening day each received an “exclusive Eggslut gift”. Korean F&B company SPC Group which operates the Shake Shack and Paris Baguet chains is responsible for bringing the brand to Singapore.
