TV Celebrity, Chef Amri Azim, conducted a master class for culinary students at the Enabling Kitchen, Enabling Village in conjunction with the signing of the MOU between E21 and Singapore Chefs Association. Chef Amri has made a number of appearances in TV cooking shows in Singapore and Indonesia. Besides demonstrating popular Malay dishes such as stuffed chicken with prawn in coconut gravy, Chef Amri also provided students samples of the stuffed rolled chicken with salted egg in belado sauce.
