Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
200 g of U.S. Turkey Breast, boneless and skinless (diced)
1 pc of Green Bell Pepper (diced)
1 pc of Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1 pc of Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
1 pc of Banana (diced)
½ tbsp of Sweet & Sour Sauce
1 tbsp of Hoi Sin Sauce
½ tsp of Lime Juice
2 tbsp of Soya Bean Oil
Black Pepper from the mill
Preparation Method:
Marinate the turkey breast with sweet & sour sauce, hoi sin sauce, lime juice, oil and pepper for 30 minutes. String the meat, bell pepper and banana onto skewers. Place the skewers on a oiled baking tray and bake till golden brown (approximately 8 minutes).
To Serve: Set the brochettes on a plate and serve
