Chef S.R. Bala, President of the Indian Chefs and Culinary Association and holder of two Guinness World Records, specifically the Largest Cooking Vessel in the World and the Largest Quantity of Curry in the World, held a master class for culinary students from SHATEC Insitute and At-Sunrice Global Chefs Academy for the preparation of Chettinad masala chicken at the Enabling Kitchen. This event was held in conjunction with the MOU signing between Singapore Chefs Association and E21. The students were also treated to sampling the tasting dish of chicken briyani prepared by Chef Bala.
