On June 25, 2025, the U.S. Chicken Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest took place at the A Au Culinary School’s Da Nang campus. Ten teams of aspiring chefs from the school came together to demonstrate their culinary creativity and skills.

Chef Doan Van Tuan led a live cooking demo, presenting three U.S. chicken dishes to an audience of 50 enthusiastic culinary students. Following the seminar, the teams competed in a 60-minute cook-off, each preparing one or two dishes that showcased the versatility and flavor of U.S. chicken.
