USAPEEC ASEAN

Following the success of the first U.S. poultry masterclass with the Asian Culinary Institute (ACI), a second was held on August 29 for 44 culinary trainees, once again hosted by Chef Aaron Tan of Man Fu Yuan and InterContinental Singapore.

Much like the first, as well as the ones held in Phnom Penh, the masterclass begin with an introductory lecture before transitioning to a live cooking demonstration of four U.S. poultry recipes where trainees were encouraged to ask questions about U.S. poultry, Cantonese cuisine, the F&B industry and more.

The masterclass concluded with a Kahoot quiz where the trainees answered 10 questions about U.S. poultry and USAPEEC with a 90% accuracy rate, before a brief certificate presentation.
