On August 22, 213 importers, exporters, distributors, hotels and restaurants professionals, and representatives from F&B industry associations as well as government agencies gathered at voco Orchard to celebrate USAPEEC’s 40-year anniversary with a U.S. poultry sampling and networking dinner.

The event was opened jointly by USAPEEC-ASEAN Consultant Thomas Tan PBM and USDA-FAS Regional Agricultural Counsellor Alicia Hernandez in what was her first cooperator-organized event in Singapore.
After a brief award ceremony to conclude the recently conducted Sizzle Showdown, the floor of the ballroom and all of its food stations were then open for guests to mingle and network while sampling a specially curated menu of U.S. poultry dishes prepared in an international variety of cuisines and techniques.
