The U.S. Products Dinner was held in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting of the Saigon Professional Chefs Guild. It was a major event for the Saigon Professional Chefs Guild.
Over 310 chefs and six VIPs attended the annual dinner which traditionally served U.S. dishes for the key players in the food & beverage industry based in Ho Chi Minh City. Some of the U.S. products featured included U.S roast turkey with cranberry sauce, U.S. chicken salad with U.S. pulses, U.S. chicken cream soup, and pan fried U.S. chicken with California raisin sauce. The annual dinner was an ideal platform to showcase the versatility of U.S. products and key ingredients in various dishes.
