The USAPEEC Pavilion set up during the CAMFOOD 2018 Show attracted scores of enthusiastic trade visitors seeking detailed information on U.S. poultry and the possibility of establishing new trade contacts.

The CAMFOOD Show is Cambodia’s largest international food show, which took place in Phnom Penh during September 19 to 21, 2018. International exhibitors from 26 countries including China, India, Italy, Korea, Japan, USA, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Singapore had also participated in the show and attracted over 12,000 trade visitors.

The USAPEEC Pavilion was one of the busiest booths in the show, where it displayed a wide variety of U.S. turkey and chicken products. Daily samplings during the show included turkey bologna and smoked turkey breast salad dishes had attracted hundreds of visitors who were eager to sample the different poultry dishes. Margaret Say, USAPEEC ASEAN Director, was also present during the show. She fielded numerous enquiries from traders and provided much sought after information on poultry nutrition, grading, quality, and versatility of use in local cuisines.
