USAPEEC’s participation at the inaugural Food & Hotel Hanoi Show which took place during November 28-30 in Vietnam’s capital city proves to be one of major attractions during the event. Daily sampling of specially prepared poultry dishes by established chefs together with an eye catching display of U.S. poultry products were crowd pullers during each show day. Margaret Say, USAPEEC ASEAN Director fielded numerous inquiries from curious trade visitors and participated in back to back meetings during the three day event. The three day event witnessed the participation of 150 exhibiting companies from 20 countries including United States, Spain, Singapore, Italy, Malaysia, Poland , China and Thailand. The event showcased food products ranging from meat and poultry, seafood, confectionery, alcoholic beverages, fresh produce and a wide range of grocery products. One of the highlights of the show was the Salon Culinaire with participants coming from China, Malaysia and Vietnam.
