On July 8, 2025, the U.S. Chicken Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest was held at the Haiphong Tourism College. Ten teams of young chefs from the college gathered to showcase their culinary creativity and technical skills.

Chef Le Xuan Tam opened the event with a live cooking demonstration, presenting three flavorful U.S. chicken dishes to an audience of 150 enthusiastic culinary students and faculty. After the seminar, the teams faced off in a 60-minute cook-off, each preparing a dish that highlighted the versatility and delicious taste of U.S. chicken.
