Held at Hoan My Resort, Ninh Chu, Khanh Hoa Province on January 14, the Stars Chef Khanh Hoa with U.S. Chicken 2026 event, themed “U.S. Chicken on Vietnamese Dining Tables,” attracted 11 teams of professional chefs from across the province. The program opened with a training session on cold chain management and the safe handling of U.S. poultry, led by Chef Norbert Ehrbar. This was followed by a live cooking demonstration of three U.S. chicken dishes by USAPEEC consultant chefs. In the afternoon, the event continued with a cooking competition, during which 11 teams were given 150 minutes to prepare a complete dining table featuring four U.S. chicken dishes.
