The USAPEEC Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest was held on March 12, 2026, at Haiphong Tourism College in Haiphong city. The event opened with an introduction to USAPEEC and the U.S. poultry industry, followed by a live cooking demonstration by Iron Chef Le Xuan Tam, who presented four recipes featuring U.S. chicken to an audience of 150 students from the college.
After the seminar, 15 student teams, each consisting of two members, took part in a 60-minute cooking challenge, preparing and presenting dishes that highlighted U.S. chicken.
