The session provided practical guidance on food safety, cold chain management, and proper product handling from receiving to retail. The activity strengthened PYC Foods’ capability and confidence in handling U.S. poultry, improved internal coordination, and reinforced U.S. poultry as a reliable and well-supported product option. As a result, PYC Foods showed readiness to sustain and expand purchases, expressed interest in additional products such as turkey, and requested a follow-up seminar for its other group.
Overall, the seminar delivered early-stage return on investment by reducing handling risks, supporting customer confidence, and creating opportunities for expanded U.S. poultry trade.
