The U.S. Chicken Seminar and Cooking Contest was held on June 15, 2026, at Vungtau Tourism Vocational College (VTVC). The event opened with an introduction to the U.S. Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) and an overview of the U.S. poultry industry. This was followed by a live cooking demonstration by Iron Chef Le Xuan Tam, who showcased three dishes featuring U.S. chicken to an audience of 70 participants.
Following the seminar, 15 teams of students, each consisting of two members, participated in a 60-minute cooking competition. Teams were challenged to prepare and present dishes using U.S. chicken as the main ingredient.
