The U.S. Poultry Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest was held on June 19, 2026, at A Au Danang in Da Nang City. The event began with an introduction to the U.S. Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) and an overview of the U.S. poultry industry, followed by a hygiene and food safety training session conducted by Chef Doan Van Tuan. The program continued with a live cooking demonstration, during which Chef Tuan presented three dishes featuring U.S. chicken to an audience of 40 participants.
Following the seminar, 10 student teams, each consisting of two members, competed in a 60-minute cooking contest. Participants were challenged to create and present original dishes using U.S. chicken as the primary ingredient, demonstrating their culinary skills, creativity, and knowledge gained from the seminar.
