On September 15, USAPEEC and The Dining Room at Sheraton Towers Singapore, champion restaurant of Sizzle Showdown 2026, hosted a media tasting for 80 attendees (38 influencers and their guests) to celebrate Chef Mugil Varma’s win as overall champion of the competition.
The evening opened with short speeches from Thomas Tan, PBM, USAPEEC ASEAN Representative; Chef Eric Cheam, Executive Chef of Sheraton Towers; and Chef Mugil himself.

Titled “Sizzle of Victory,” the event also marked the start of The Dining Room’s post-competition promotion with USAPEEC, designed to drive consumer demand for U.S. poultry. Guests had early access to the U.S. Special Three-Course Set Dinner:
- Appetizer: U.S. Turkey Caesar Salad (Sizzle Showdown 2026 – First Runner-up)
- Main course: U.S. Chicken Balloon (Sizzle Showdown 2026 – Winning Dish)
- Dessert: New York Cheesecake with Strawberry Compote (made with U.S. eggs)
The set dinner is available to the public from September 21 to October 31 at S$88++ (US$68++) per person. Guests were invited to share details of the promotion with their social media followers.
