Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora
Immerse in another world by dining at the celebrity-owned Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora at Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. Feast on a fusion cuisine of Mediterranean and Californian dishes with a magnificent view of exotic fishes, stingrays, and sharks1. Cat Cora is America’s first Lady IronChef1. She is a famous chef, author and restauranteur2. Some of her signature dishes include duo of beef with Wagyu strip lion m6, braised short rib with white fungus mushroom, seared line caught sea bass, and 24-hour braised short rib with kimchi, shimeji, and Shiraz jus.

Dinner in the Sky
Diners can enjoy a four-course meal, catered by Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, with a stunning view of the city’s skyline in Bangkok. The restaurant dangles over 50 metres in the sky and seats 22 guests3. Diners are strapped to their seats with safety belts prior to take off. Some of the meals served include braised Australian short ribs beef with barbeque sauce and roasted vegetables and roasted New Zealand lamb loin with hazelnuts, baby turnip, and purple potatoes puree. Diners can enjoy their meals for an hour while hanging in the air4.

Gudetama Café Singapore
Step inside another whimsical world of an egg-like character in Singapore’s first-ever Gudetama Café5. Gudetama is well-known as a lazy egg yolk that is perpetually grumpy5. Located in the lifestyle mall at Suntec City, this quirky themed café sits 112 diners5. The outlet uses local Singaporean slang (known as Singlish) in its menu offerings to appeal to the local crowd5. Some of their noteworthy dishes include “Big Nua Breakfast” with bacon, spicy pork bratwurst, sautéed mushrooms, and brioche, “Shiok pork ribs”, and “Are You Busy?” burger with double prime beef patties, bacon, and sunny side-up egg5. One of their signature desserts is the egg sponge and cheesecake that is designed to emulate sushi5.
