Collaborating with experienced and well established chefs in the industry, USAPEEC launched a series of virtual culinary demonstrations from July to September, featuring U.S. poultry. The demonstrations were facilitated through USAPEEC Philippines’ Facebook page which has 2,300 followers. Chefs Alvin Ong and Sau Del Rosario created some amazing recipes incorporating U.S. chicken, duck and turkey in local cuisine. With each demonstration, the chefs took viewers through a step-by-step process to prepare dishes like U.S. Turkey Meatballs with Butter Masala, U.S. Chicken Buldak Ramyun and U.S. Duck Curry with Pineapple and Herbs.
