On June 25, 2024, USAPEEC organized a consumer workshop at the Melia Hanoi Hotel, featuring renowned Iron Chef Le Xuan Tam. The event aimed to highlight the culinary excellence of U.S. chicken.
The workshop attracted 53 participants, including consumers, Facebook influencers, and TikTok creators from Hanoi. Attendees were introduced to USAPEEC, the U.S. poultry industry, and the health benefits of U.S. chicken. They also enjoyed a live cooking demonstration by Iron Chef Le Xuan Tam, who prepared two dishes using U.S. chicken: U.S. Chicken Soup with Lotus Seeds and Jujube, and U.S. Chicken Lemongrass. The audience eagerly tasted these creations.
The event was lively, with participants showing great interest in the nutritional advantages of U.S. chicken. They asked Chef Tam various questions about cooking techniques to make delicious meals with U.S. chicken for their families. Before leaving, attendees were given U.S. chicken to experiment with at home. In the end, 31 recipes were created and shared online by participants and multiple media outlets, gaining significant attention.
