On August 28, master chefs Norbert Ehrbar and Le Xuan Tam showcased six recipes featuring U.S. chicken at Sheraton Saigon Hotel to 51 participants, comprising cooking enthusiasts, food bloggers, and numerous social media content creators. The participants had the pleasure of watching the masters at work, who taught them about the characteristics of U.S. chicken and proper preparation techniques while cooking, and of tasting the six delicious U.S. chicken dishes. Following the workshop, the participants shared their experiences and the recipes on their social media accounts.
