On Oct. 30, 2024, USAPEEC exhibited at the Association of Catering Professionals Singapore (ACAPS)’s annual Friendship Night at Amara Hotel, Singapore. The ballroom event recognized businesses that have contributed significantly to promoting sustainable food practices and advancing Singapore’s catering industry. Around 300 industry professionals, including caterers, distributors, manufacturers, and foodservice operators, attended the event.

After awards were doled out and speeches were given, the guest of honor, Ms. Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Culture, Community, and Youth, and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, toured the ballroom. USAPEEC’s booth was the second she visited. While all eyes were on us, we seized the opportunity to highlight the reliability and quality of U.S. poultry and egg products and how they could aid Singapore in its mission to strengthen its food security.

Afterward, we welcomed guests to our booth to educate them about U.S. poultry products and taste the three delicious U.S. poultry dishes we had prepared:
- Yogurt Spice Marinated U.S. Chicken Leg With Cucumber Raita
- Cajun Butter U.S. Turkey With Black Pepper Sauce
- Oven-Baked U.S. Duck With Rosemary Gravy
