USAPEEC ASEAN

On Oct. 17, 2024, the USAPEEC Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest was held at the Da Nang Vocational Tourism College in Da Nang City, Vietnam. The event featured 20 teams of young chefs from the college, with Chef Doan Van Tuan leading a training session on safe handling practices for U.S. poultry and food hygiene. He also demonstrated three U.S. chicken recipes to an audience of 165 culinary students. Following the seminar, the participants competed in a 60-minute cooking contest, where each team prepared two dishes of their choice using U.S. chicken.
