On January 7, 2025, USAPEEC organized a technical training session on cold chain and safe handling of U.S. Poultry at Hoa Mai Trading & Service (Kizuna JSC), a catering service company. Following the training, the USAPEEC consultant chef demonstrated two dishes featuring U.S. chicken: ginger soy glazed U.S. chicken and U.S. chicken “Tet” cold cut.
