On January 10, 2025, the USAPEEC Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest took place at A Au Vocational Guidance School—Can Tho Branch, Can Tho City, Vietnam. The event featured 10 teams of young chefs from the school. Renowned Iron Chef Le Xuan Tam showcased four U.S. chicken recipes to an audience of 45 culinary students. After the seminar, the participants faced off in a 60-minute cooking competition, where each team prepared a dish using U.S. chicken.
