On April 23, 2025, the U.S. Chicken Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest was held at CHM International Institute in Hanoi. The event brought together 10 teams of aspiring chefs from the school. Iron Chef Le Xuan Tam kicked off the program with a cooking demonstration, showcasing three U.S. chicken recipes to an audience of 50 culinary students. Following the seminar, the teams competed in a 60-minute cooking challenge, each creating a dish that highlighted U.S. chicken.
