USAPEEC ASEAN

On April 16, 2025, the USAPEEC Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest took place at the Hanoi Hospitality and Tourism College. The event began with a training session on cold chain management and the safe handling of U.S. poultry, led by Chef Norbert Ehrbar. This was followed by a live demonstration of three U.S. chicken recipes, presented to an audience of 70 culinary students. After the seminar, 10 teams of young chefs from the college competed in a 60-minute cooking challenge, each creating a dish featuring U.S. chicken as the main ingredient.
