The USAPEEC Tailored Seminar and Cooking Contest took place on January 6, 2026, at the Hanoi Hospitality and Tourism College. The event began with a training session on cold chain management and food hygiene, before Iron Chef Le Xuan Tam showcased four U.S. chicken recipes in a live cooking demonstration attended by 50 culinary students. Following the seminar, 10 student teams competed in a 45-minute cooking challenge, each presenting a dish highlighting U.S. chicken.
