USAPEEC, with support from the United Soybean Board and in coordination with Potatoes USA, conducted a Trade Gathering Dinner on April 9, 2026 at The Split, bringing together 42 key stakeholders from the Philippine food and meat industry, including importers, retailers, distributors, foodservice representatives, and industry partners.
The dinner featured a specially curated 6-course menu prepared by Chef Kalel Chan, known for his modern Filipino-Japanese and contemporary cuisine. The menu showcased the versatility, quality, and premium applications of U.S. poultry products through innovative dishes designed for both dining and commercial use.

The event also served as a networking platform for discussions on market opportunities and trade development, with participation from representatives of the importing and retail sectors, including Jesus Cham, President of the Meat Importers and Traders Association.
