USAPEEC ASEAN

USAPEEC recently collaborated with esteemed Singapore-based Chef Pung Lu Tin for a digital campaign promoting U.S. poultry. Chef Pung curated three new recipes making use of U.S. chicken and U.S. duck, which were then filmed and posted on social media.

The recipes were for Salt-Simmered U.S. Chicken Roll with Minced Spring Onion and Ginger Paste, Five-Spice Crispy U.S. Duck with Orange-Lime Sauce, and Pan-Fried U.S. Chicken Thigh with Nonya Salad Sauce.

To aid in the promotion, a media tasting was held on May 29, inviting 52 special media guests to a live demonstration of the three recipes. Highly involved in Singapore’s food and lifestyle scene, these guests were tasked with recording Chef Pung’s cooking demonstration, as well as their own experience, before posting about it on their social media accounts and directing their followers to the original recipe videos, as well as purchasing U.S. poultry to try it out themselves.
