On July 15, 2026, USAPEEC hosted a consumer workshop in Hanoi, welcoming 25 KOL teams with a total of 50 participants, including food influencers, TikTok creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). The event commenced with opening remarks by Mr. Benjamin Henderson, Agricultural Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi.
Consultant chefs Iron Chef Le Xuan Tam and Chef Doan Van Tuan, together with their culinary partners—who are also food influencers—led simultaneous live cooking demonstrations showcasing a variety of U.S. chicken recipes. Participants observed the cooking techniques firsthand, interacted with the chefs throughout the demonstrations, and gained practical tips for preparing U.S. chicken dishes at home.
The workshop concluded with a tasting session, allowing attendees to sample the freshly prepared dishes and experience the quality, flavor, and versatility of U.S. chicken.
