Michelin-starred Nakiryu at Plaza Singapura
When Nakiryu introduced their Dandan noodles in cup form at convenience stores in Japan, fans went wild. In addition to its flagship restaurant in Tokyo, the Michelin-starred ramen restaurant has now established its first-ever overseas location at Plaza Singapura. The ramen restaurant is renowned for its Dandan noodles and Tantanmen, which is made with a whole chicken, beef bones, oysters, and kombu before being infused with sesame paste and chili oil that are created locally. Their soy-sauce-based ramen with soy-dipped egg, or shoyu ramen is also available.
