Guided by their “Customer-First” mantra, AEON is modernizing the retail industry in Malaysia with its established General Merchandise Stores (GMS) and supermarkets. The company, renowned for revamping its stores, plans to expand its Drive-thru malls in 28 new outlets. Through this service, the mall and hypermarket operator enables customers to choose from a variety of dairy, prepared foods, meat and poultry, vegetables and other household products, and pre-order these online. The foods and products are then collected by in-store personal shoppers and made available for pickup within a two-hour time slot of the customer’s choice. Bite-sized, boneless, wings, drumstick chicken, dish-washing liquid, paper towels – they have it all!

 

In-Store RTE Palate Pleasers

With a refreshing take on traditional grocery stores, CS Fresh is attracting foodies from all corners of Singapore. Aside from selling fresh groceries, the supermarket also prepares Ready-to-Eat (RTE) meals ranging from build-your-own bento sets to aromatic Indian curries and authentic Pratas. The Indian food station is a first of its kind to be located in a grocery store preparing mouthwatering dishes like Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Shish Kebabs. An artisanal bakery housed within, offers a variety of breads, cakes and pastries along with a splendid selection of world class wines and beer, to keep customers coming back for more. The retail store has also ventured into digital marketing, creating their very own CS Fresh hashtags and stickers on Instagram to attract a new generation of customers.

Chat, Shop & Pick Up

Gourmet Market is teaming up with Bangkok shopping mall operator, Siam Piwat to offer its customers a new OneSiam Chat & Shop retail service allowing customers to shop online via omni channels such as OneSiam Line official accounts, social media and the OneSiam mobile application. Customers can pick from an assortment of premium meats and butchery selections such as Chicken Wing Sticks, Pork Spareribs and Olive-Fed Wagyu Striploin along with gourmet fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as daily necessities. Loyalty programs such as Call & Pick up service allows members to place grocery orders through phone calls and collect them at the selected pick-up points or via home delivery. Siam Piwat is also offering other services such as the Eat at Home service, enabling customers to order food from more than 50 restaurants at Siam Paragon, Gourmet Garden, Paragon Food Hall and IconSiam.
