Twenty-four lucky guests were treated to a U.S. Poultry Masterclass session at the SHATEC Institutes on September 18. Chef Koh Han Jie of Lebonheur, Chef Marvas Ng of 1855 F&B Pte Ltd, and Chef Pratheep Shunmugasundaram, Senior Trainer, Pastry and Baking at SHATEC conducted the class, organized by USAPEEC and Disciples Escoffier International (DEI) Singapore Delegation, in partnership with the institute. The chefs showcased four curated signature dishes featuring U.S. turkey, chicken, duck and powdered eggs (pastry) to the delight of the guests who took away lunchboxes packed with tasting portions. The utilization of U.S. poultry ingredients in the dishes aligns with USAPEEC’s mission to promote the high quality, versatility, nutrition and safe supply of American poultry and egg products in the global marketplace.
