Over the festive season stretching from Thanksgiving to Christmas, USAPEEC collaborated with Vikings, one of the largest local restaurant group to carry out a U.S. poultry menu promotion with specially created turkey and chicken dishes. Vikings restaurants created a promotional YouTube video featuring a variety of menu preparations in their different theme restaurants specifically, luxury buffet spreads, grill and hot pot dishes, international and local cuisines and street inspired food all with U.S. turkey and chicken ingredients.
